Pontis Global's partners will personally act as directors or take other governance roles on a range of vehicles domiciled in the Cayman Islands, Delaware, the British Virgin Islands and other jurisdictions, primarily operating in the alternative investment industry.
At Pontis Global, our partners pride themselves in being one of the largest teams of truly independent directors, with partners residing in both the Cayman Islands and the USA.

The Pontis Global team has tremendously diverse professional backgrounds, covering audit, legal, regulatory, compliance, fund administration, investment management and operational due diligence. Many of our partners are professionally qualified accountants, certified financial analysts and lawyers. The partners’ personal backgrounds are also very diverse, hailing from nine different countries and a range of life experiences.
All the co-founders of Pontis Global worked together at a predecessor company for up to fifteen years making us an extremely cohesive team with a common culture.
