OVERVIEW

Christopher is a co-founding partner of Pontis Global. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Christopher serves as an independent director on the boards of investment funds, private equity funds, and a wide variety of structured finance vehicles in the Americas.

Christopher also provides independent directorship services to commercial litigation financing firms.


BACKGROUND

Prior to Pontis Global, Christopher was a Director at Ironstone Global Solutions Delaware LLC which is a subsidiary of the Intertrust Group, a CSC Global company. He served as an independent director and Manager for a number of funds and structured finance transactions, including note issuance, note and commercial paper programmes, diversified payment rights, aircraft financing, securitizations, holding companies, REITS, as well as CLOs and CDOs.

From September 2006 to March 2012, Christopher worked with the Maples Group as a Vice President in the Fiduciary Services Division, offering similar services to various Collateral/Investment Managers. From January 2003 to August 2006, he worked with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) as a Senior Banking Analyst and during that time was involved in the monitoring and inspection of banks and trust companies.


EDUCATION & MEMBERSHIPS

Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Finance from Florida Agriculture and Mechanical University (School of Business) in Tallahassee Florida. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the Cayman Islands Directors Association, Chartered Secretaries Canada, and he is also registered as a Professional Director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority pursuant to the Directors Registration and Licensing Law, 2014.
