OVERVIEW

Inderjit is a co-founding partner of Pontis Global. Inderjit is a highly experienced independent director based in the Cayman Islands with over twenty years’ experience in the fund industry including over 14 years as an independent director. Prior to this Inderjit was a director in the fiduciary services team at Intertrust in Cayman from 2016 to 2022 when Intertrust acquired the Elian Group. From 2009 to 2016 Inderjit was with Elian Fiduciary Services where he was an Associate Director with Elian Fund Services since 2009, providing independent Director services to a broad range of clients and structures.


BACKGROUND

Inderjit has been working in the financial services industry since 1987 with experience in trust, fiduciary, audit, and accounting. Prior to joining Elian Inderjit spent five years with Mourant Ozanes in Cayman departing as Director and head of their fiduciary arm where he was responsible for the overall operations and development of the company in Cayman. Prior to this, he spent 17 years with Ansbacher (Cayman) Limited in Cayman departing as the Manager of Trust & Fiduciary Services. His audit and accounting experience was gained working in Scotland and with PriceWaterhouseCoopers for four years, both in Jamaica and the Bahamas.


EDUCATION & MEMBERSHIPS

Inderjit holds a Scottish Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Caledonian University, Glasgow and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1980.

Inderjit is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP). He is also a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association.
